Sure is. By conducting systematic work to improve the working environment you can, for example, prevent ill-health and workplace accidents. The employees enjoy greater job satisfaction and perform better. It is easier to attract new staff and reduces employee turnover. A sound working environment promotes your good reputation among customers and consumers. Product and service quality is enhanced. In other words, nothing but benefits; financially, in quality and in the psychosocial atmosphere. However, getting started can be difficult.
