Let's make it perfectly clear, right from the start. We do not offer traditional sales courses.

There are plenty to choose from, some good, others not. We have taken many of them so we know the situation. Our goal is always to increase your sales, and there are different ways of going about it.

A few ideas…

  • Knowledge: How do we help all of the non-sales reps, service personnel, office staff and everyone else with customer contact? Relatively little effort can often reap huge benefits. People need to be aware of the roles they have in the different phases. Their attitudes and behaviour have a direct impact on the customer's perception of your company and products. One effective means to heighten awareness and test new approaches is to combine business simulation with personal development exercises.
  • Collaboration: Frequently there is no problem between the individual sales reps and "their" customers. Usually, it's the company that doesn't work as a team in sales work and this is often a consequence of soft values and internal processes. Developing both the group and all of its members it is the way to create a truly winning team. We're good at this. ( Teambuilding )
  • Process orientation: Good and bad experiences are not always linked to the company. More often this information stays in the hands of the sales rep. The sales rep gains expertise but why stop there? You have to accumulate structural capital where the whole company learns from everyone's experiences. Management Partners can help.
