Meeting customers or colleagues regularlyManagement Partners has lengthy experience in running its own networks as well as customer VIP networks. Client networksOur client gathers its most important customers in a "VIP Club" which meets regularly, under organised forms, to partake of interesting programmes. The network, established by the client, consists of one representative from each customer. The maximum number of members is 20. Management Partners are the network motor. We arrange the programme, speakers, location, send the invitations as well as moderate the meeting and document the event. Financing is entirely up to the client who can choose to treat the other members or have the participating customers contribute to the expenses. Private networksSince 1998 Management Partners has organised more than 20 of its own networks with 12-month programmes. Network for Executive Managers- This is a network where leading executives meet to exchange experience and thoughts about business life, management philosophy, topical problems, finances, organisation, personal development and other matters that are part of an executive manager's everyday life. The members serve as each other's sounding boards, troubleshooters, motivators, listeners and colleagues. With a comprehensive view of business and management you give and take thoughts, ideas and visions aiming to develop and introduce new dimensions in your own management approach and that of the other members. Network for IT Managers- The idea and structure is the same as the network for Executive Managers. Our target group in this network is IT managers in medium-sized and large companies. The programme also includes a study trip to an interesting location where they together can learn about development trends and the latest in the IT field. Network for Human Resource Managers- The idea and structure is the same as the network for Executive Managers. Here, our focus is on human resource managers in medium-sized and large companies. The programme includes a joint study visit where they can acquaint themselves with the latest trends and developments in the field of human resource management. |
