Given any thought to future management?

Modern working life is increasingly characterised by flat organisations and advanced technical aids. The pressure on each individual rises constantly in an increasingly "online" working environment. At the same time, a successive shift from work and money is under way among employees. Leisure and time with the family are being accorded a higher priority. This means that current remuneration models no longer serve their purpose. The consequence is an entirely new approach. We call it health-oriented management.

Health-oriented management involves striking a balance between work and spare time, between hard and soft values and aims to achieve well being in combination with productivity. Different management styles have a major impact on the "atmosphere" in an organisation as well as its productivity. This difficult balancing act is, and will be more so in the future, a decisive factor in the performance of many businesses and organisations.
