Educational methodology

Our educational approach is firmly based in the real world. We work exclusively with experienced-based learning (EBL) which stimulates active learning and leads to lasting results. Examples and documents are obtained from the business's own operations.
It is our goal that directly after completing a course the project leader can apply the new skills in their sphere of activity.

Certification

Our training modules are designed to be incorporated in project leader certification in accordance with the requirements of the Project Management Institute (PMP/PMI) and the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

Project models and tools

We adapt project training courses to suit the project models and tools used within the participants' operations. We can also develop project models, document templates and tools for clients who do not have their own in-house systems.
